Sometimes you might get angry and/or upset…
At someone (possibly me), something, or just because.
When this happens, it will be frustrating.
And you may want to run away. But don’t. This is just a part of life, and it will never go away (I know. Great…) But it might get better.
First. Take a deep breath. calm down. and remember to breathe.
When you feel like you are in control of your emotions, it’s time to take the second step.
Understand that this is not the end of the world. You will get to the other side and you may just come out a better person (or maybe not). But at least you will be better able to handle similar situations in the future a little better.
I know all this doesn’t really make you feel any better. But hopefully it will help you. Whenever you’re angry, sad, or frustrated, just remember that you will get through it (Even though at the time it might not seem like it).
